3-Bean Salsa

 

1 can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)

1 can garbanzo beans (rinsed and drained)

1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)

1 can whole kernel corn, drained

2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes

2-3 jalapeno peppers, seeded & chopped

¼ cup chopped green onions

¼ cup lime juice

2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro

2 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

 

Combine all 12 ingredients, toss to coat. Chill for at least 30 min. before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips.
